All RA Numbers must be labelled clearly on the outside of the box
When shipping drives back to Award One Technology ensure that the drive
is packaged in an Antistatic bag and securely packaged in a box with sufficient
packaging to prevent movement. This applies even if you are returning the
item in person by "hand".
To speed up the RA process, please be specific with fault descriptions,
e.g. "Drive does not spin up". We do not accept descriptions like
"FAULTY" or "DOESN'T WORK!".
Shipping to Award One Technology is at the Purchasers own expense.
Ensure that you have an RA Number for all the goods you are returning.
Goods returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
Goods sent back to Award One Technology which are found to have no fault
will be returned to the Customer at the Customers expense. Any expense incurred
from Award One Technology suppliers for goods found to be not faulty, out
of warranty or void of warranty will also be charged to the customer.
Goods returned for Credit (within 14 days) are subject to a minimum 10%
restocking fee. Goods outside this period are non returnable.
